Method
- Marinate steak in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
- Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Sear steak in hot skillet. Remove.
- Cook shrimp until pink. Remove.
- Stir-fry veggies. Return meat, add noodles and sauce.

Notes
- Swap steak or shrimp for tofu or mushrooms for a pescatarian or vegetarian version.
- Don’t overcook the shrimp—once they curl and turn pink, they’re done.
- Use pre-cooked noodles to speed things up even more.
