Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz baby spinach rinsed and dry
  • Strawberries rinsed, hulled, and sliced
  • ½ small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 oz crumbled feta
  • Poppy seed dressing or your favorite dressing

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, onion, and ½ cup pecans. Toss to blend.
  2. Add dressing only when ready to serve.
  3. Toss salad until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle feta and remaining pecans on top. Serve immediately.
