- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, eggs.
- Parmesan, Italian seasoning, parsley, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape meat mixture into a 9×12-inch loaf on a baking sheet.
- Create a well in the center; stuff with mozzarella, spinach (if using), and marinara. Seal edges.
- Spread remaining marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Notes
• Make sure to seal the edges well so the cheese doesn’t leak out.
• Use a meat thermometer for accuracy — no one wants dry meatloaf!
• Chopped mushrooms or roasted red peppers make a great addition to the filling.
