Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or cubed chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 8 slices bread

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, tomatoes, celery, and green onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over chicken mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Place lettuce on a slice of bread, top with chicken salad, and close with another slice.
  5. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes
