- In a small bowl, mix mayo, sriracha, honey, vinegar, and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet.
- Add broccoli and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove.
- Add ½ tablespoon oil and ground beef.
- Brown, then break apart and cook through.
- Push beef aside, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Sauté until fragrant. Mix with beef.

Notes
