Turkey Cranberry Brie Sandwich

Layered with juicy turkey, melted brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, this sandwich is grilled until crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Ideal for cozy lunches or using up holiday leftovers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sprouted grain sandwich bread
  • 2 –3 slices cooked turkey breast
  • 2 slices brie cheese rind removed
  • tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter or ghee for grilling

Method
 

  1. Spread butter on the outer sides of both bread slices.
  2. Layer cranberry sauce, turkey, and brie inside the sandwich.
  3. Grill in a skillet or panini press for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Let rest 1 minute before slicing and serving.

  • Use rotisserie turkey, deli slices, or leftover roast turkey.
