Ingredients
  

  • 2.2 naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1.2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread tzatziki evenly over naan.
  4. Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
  5. Sprinkle with feta, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until crisp and toppings are heated.

Notes
