Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese torn or shredded
  • 4 large hamburger buns

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through
  2. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add onion, green bell pepper, and garlic.
  4. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Add provolone cheese and stir until melted into the mixture.

Notes

  • Cornstarch in the dredge makes the crust extra light and crisp.
