Watermelon Fries with Whipped Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium whole seedless watermelon
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Place a cutting board inside a sheet pan to catch juices.
  2. Slice watermelon in half width-wise.
  3. Place half cut-side down and cut into ¼-inch slices (half moons).
  4. Cut slices into fry-shaped strips using a crinkle cutter. Trim off rind. Chill if desired.
  5. Fold yogurt into whipped topping until smooth.
  6. Serve fries with dip. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3–5 days.
