Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or agave, for vegan option

Method
 

  1. Cut 3 cups of seedless watermelon into cubes. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  2. Add frozen watermelon and frozen strawberries to a blender.
  3. Pour in cashew milk, lime juice, and honey (or agave).
  4. Blend until thick and creamy. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a slushier texture, add a few ice cubes before blending.
