Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. thin spaghetti broken into thirds
  • 1 16 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp McCormick’s Salad Supreme seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 10 oz. package cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 English cucumber quartered lengthwise, then diced
  • 2 2.5 oz. cans sliced black olives
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti to al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water until fully cool.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl. Add dressing, Salad Supreme, and Parmesan. Toss to coat.
  3. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, cucumber, olives, and pepperoni. Mix gently.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Rinsing the pasta with cold water stops the cooking and keeps it from sticking.

  • Feel free to use rotini or bow-tie pasta if you don’t have spaghetti.
